“Tada!”
Eugene walks over to Rapunzel to inspect the portrait that he has been modeling (read: sitting down with only boredom to face, staring into space morosely) for the past three hours.
“Well?” she asks, hopeful.
“The nose is off,” Eugene says simply, even though it is actually the most successful attempt of his nose anyone has ever tried to draw. She should consider a career in this. “The eyes and eyebrows too. And my hair. I look a lot better than this.”
Rapunzel scowls at him. “Keep talking and I’ll need a frying pan.”
Eugene smartly takes a few steps away from her. “This isn't me. This probably looks more like Pascal than me,” he comments, squinting at the portrait.
“At least Pascal’s cute!” Rapunzel retorts.
“But ah, you didn’t marry Pascal, did you?” Eugene asks with a wink.
"Horrible, horrible life choices," she mutters as Eugene chuckles and sets off to look for a frying pan.
